Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Postinor 2?

Please write your question here I had sex with my boo last month and he ejaculated inside me.. I used postinor 2 few hours after the intercourse but i ve been seeing signs of pregnancy such as dizziness, fatigue, morning sickness, spotting the week after the intercourse and i still haven t seen my period for this month... Though am not seeing signs such as full breast and sore, dark nipples.. I am not nausiatic and i haven t vomited... I am still scared. Am I pregnant? If not, how long will the side effects of postinor last?

Postinor 2 is an emergency contraceptive pill. It needs to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. The earlier it is taken, the better it is. What you have done appears to be right by taking it within a specified time. Experiencing dizziness, fatigue, morning sickness, spotting for a week after the intercourse could also be caused due to side effects of the tablet itself.

The pill will prevent pregnancy by causing withdrawal bleeding in the form of periods within 3 weeks from the day of taking the pills. In case this does not happen in 3 weeks, you need to seek medical attention immediately.
