Hi, I am a 21 year old female and a little over three weeks ago I had unprotected sex, and then around 40 hours afterwards took Plan B. I don't track my period, but I did receive one at some point (not sure if it was on time or not) after this happened. However, it was much lighter than usual as I usually am very heavy the first day or so and was not quite as heavy. Then yesterday, I was hungover from the night before all day and ate some pizza. I left the pizza out for about 4-5 hours and then ate more of it. A couple hours later I felt really nauseous. All of a sudden I had an instant urge to puke and had to run to the bathroom. I stopped for a while and felt a little better but not great. Then around 20-30 minutes later I felt like throwing up again. I did this, didn't feel great the rest of the evening though. Today I woke up, didn't feel great but didn't exactly feel nauseous yet. I made chicken nuggets and mac & cheese and towards the end of my meal I wasn't feeling so good. I felt lightly nauseous, not near what I was feeling yesterday though. My stomach has been hurting just a tad on and off since then (ate around 3 pm and haven't ate since then). I have also been experiencing a cold for about a week and a half, with really bad sinuses. Yesterday I had a headache almost all evening despite taking ibuprofen. I have now had a headache all day. I am not sure if this is because of sinuses or not. I have also been extremely tired today but that could be a result of me lying in bed watching Netflix because my classes got cancelled. Am I just experiencing some bad results from the pizza combined with a cold? Or is this headache and nausea a sign that I might be pregnant? I also read something about potentially having an ectopic pregnancy if you take Plan B? I am freaking out a little bit, thank you for your help in advance!
