General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

Although less common but pregnancy can occur despite taking I-Pill.

If taken within 72 hours following an unprotected sex, the emergency contraceptive pills like I-Pill are up to 95 % effective in preventing an unwanted pregnancy. The sooner pill is taken, its effectiveness increases considerably.

Based on the history, you seem to have developed hormonal imbalance after taking the I-Pill. So, you need to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment to regularize your periods.

Hope this will help.
