Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

There I have read through your question and understand your concern. I don't think that you are pregnant. You have mentioned that your partner did not ejaculate, so pregnancy is highly unlikely. The chances of getting pregnant through precum are very less. Your pregnancy test also came negative so you should not worry. Stress is one of the most common cause of delay in periods. If you still feel concerned, you may get an ultrasound done which will give confirmatory results.

I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.

Take care

Regards,
