Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Having Upper Abdominal Pain?

I had unprotected sex about 2.5-3 weeks ago . I started my period last wednesday and ended saturday. Last night i was experiencing upper abdominal pains and this morning i got a coffee on the way to work like usual and after i took my first drink i had to pull over the throw up. Could i be pregnant ?

in short the answer is NO

as you have completed your last menstrual period after that unprotected sex means there is no pregnancy chances at all ,if you would have been pregnant there would no period at all

However your symptoms may be related to some other causes including hormones imbalance , or any birth control pill if you have taken may also cause this , apart from this acute gastritis can also cause abdominal pain with vomiting

if you do not feel well within 24-48 hours finally i would strongly suggest you to see Your dr to get it evaluated further
