Hi,

I can understand about you getting scared for the things done before marriage.
Non-penetrative sex that too after fingering can not cause any pregnancy hence come out of your anxiety and stop worrying.
it needs penetrative sex and ejculation of semen into vagina during your ovulation period to have pregnancy.
Take care next time if at all you get indulged into such activities.
Always use protection.
You do not need Ipill at the moment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
