Is Persistent Wheezing And Coughing Due To Amlodipine Besylate?
I have been on Amlodipine Besylate 2.5 mg tablets since October 21 or so. Now I am having wheezing and coughing and a hard time getting my breath, could this medicine be doing this to me. I took Xarelto for a short time 4 years ago and it caused wheezing and a hard time breathing then so I was taken off it. My email address is YYYY@YYYY

amlodipine is not a cause of wheezing and coughing. Perhaps you are developing a cold or you are having signs of asthma? Suggest seeing your doctor for this to see if there is a new cause for these symptoms.
