Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a feeling of a gas bubble stuck in the middle of upper back, difficulty in sleeping at night which keeps you awake. You have visited several Gastrointestinal Specialists, spent so much money but no good results. You take Pepcid but now finding that it is not working.
The basic thing is your symptoms are not relieved by even after proper treatment. This means that we have to think differently.
I would advise you the following.
Take an opinion of a Neurologist also as your symptoms do not fir into any known routine disease or disorder.
If you feel that the gas bubble is stuck in the upper middle back, there is a possibility of some lung pathology or so.
Hence go for CT scan of the chest and an opinion of a Pulmonologist too.
You may get a proper diagnosis.
