Is Penile Swelling With Pain During Foreskin Retraction Cause For Concern?
My partner has an abnormally large and swollen penis plus foreskin that is painful to pull back.It was caused from excessive masturbation and sex.Is this a serious situation that needs to be attended to at a hospital ? Or is it safe to wait for swelling to heal naturally?

Most probably it will be a local inflammation.
As a first line management you can apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.
If symptoms persists better to consult a urologist and get evaluated. In severe cases, you might require a circumcision.
