Hello,

Surgery of pelvic floor reconstruction is safe in expert hands; relapse has many reasons from patient as well as surgery point of view.

Miralax is not advisable, instead of that, a bulk-forming laxative such as Ispaghula husk helps great.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
