Is Pain In Lower Abdomen A Pre Labor Symptom?
Hi i m 30th week pregnant ...Two days before i n mid night i had a very bad pain in my lower abdomen n it last for 3 to 4 hrs...i contacted my dr and she gave me Tame- d, duvadilan retard, zocef 500,and Nidagen capsule...i m just worried that at this stage is it safe to take all these medicine ??? Is this pain is a sign of preterm labour ??

I really appreciate your concern, ideally all the medicine should be avoided in pregnancy unless it is very indicative, although in last trimester such medicines may not cause any harm, hope this information helps, take care.
