Is Negative Result In HIV Test Conclusive?
My father got effected with Aids and died before 13 years and my mother got tested HIV immediately when my father is in hospital and her result is negative, then after my father death she again got tested after 2 years same result negative and when she went for surgery after 4 years she got tested in that samples also it shown negative , so after my dad death she tested for 3 times it shown negative now its 13 years completed , recently she is troubling with digestion , her weight was reducing normal and again increasing normal , so now I got dought , stil we can get her test .?

Yes negative result in HIV test is conclusive & your mother is HIV negative for sure. HIV test could come negative, in a person infected with HIV only upto window period. This is 2 weeks to 6 months for your body to start making HIV antibodies. After this HIV result for a person infected with HIV cannot be negative.
As your mother Has been tested may times for HIV & has been negative for HIV over period of years now, she is not infected with HIV for sure. The problem she is having with her digestion or weight loss should be related to some gastro-intestinal disease or problem.
