Is Neck Pain Along With Slight Fever A Cause For Concern?

I have had a pain in my neck on the right side since yesterday. Aleve does not seem to help the pain today. I thought I slept wrong that caused the neck pain. But now I have a small fever of 99.1. Concerned me and thinking of going to the emergency room. I had my appendix out 4 weeks ago also.

may be postural defect, so use neck color and apply analgesic ointment. take worm phomantation over neck. take tab combiflam twice daily after food. avoid pillow at bedtime. use hard bed.
