Iamm 45 years old I have three childs naturally Iwas married since 9 years ago two misscarrages my peroid becames irregular after the abortion before 18 months new it returns regular can Iget pregnant normally at this age 69KG HIEGHT 165CM

I really appreciate your concern, if you are having regular menses with production of ovum (This is the important part "Ovulation) and presence of sperm at the time of coitus then chances of conception would be possible, but looking to your age this would be very less likely but of course not impossible, keep trying, have a nice day and good luck.
