Is My Headache Related To Injury While Skating Or A Panic Disorder?
I m 40 and slipped on the ice skating with my kids today. I went to the ER because we thought I may broken my elbow. I don t remember hitting the back of my head, but now I have a headache in the back of my head. I also suffer from panic disorder, so I m not sure if I should take my meds or go back to ER.

It seems from the history that you had fallen during skating and injured elbow and having headache.
Headache following head injury us considered as serious if it is associated with vomiting, dizziness, nausea.. and if there was loss of consciousness and bleeding from nose or ears after injury.
If any of these symptoms are present with headache they indicate head injury and warrant to consult your doctor immediately.
