Hi. When was your last menstrual period. If you are sixteen weeks pregnant then yes the size of the fetus is normal. You should not worry about breech presentation (baby"s bottom down) as the fetus frequently keeps changing position at this age.
I would suggest that you have an anomoly scan at 18-20 weeks pregnancy to confirm wellbeing of the patient
