I have small right paracentral disc pertrusion c7-t1 and mid disc osteophte complex of c6-7. how much repetitive weight can I bear without a lot of discomfort in the neck region. can I occasional lift weights up to 20 lbs. if its done in moderation. is everything for a price? don t have money to pay for a online answer sorry

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Best for your condition is not to lift weights at all, but since it is a life matter you can lift weights around 5 kg or 11 lbs. If you have to lift heavier weights, then do it with entire column straitened, not bending especially the neck. A cervical rigid collar may help. Hope this helps.
