Is Missed Period Sign Of Pregnancy?

I took the Morning after Pill about a day after having unprotected sex (October 16th). A couple weeks later I had (what i think was) my period. But I haven't had anything since. I've taken 4 pregnancy tests (two in the past week) and they have all come up negative. What is going on?

Yes missed period is a sign of pregnancy. In your case as you have taken morning after pill with 24 hours, the chances of you being pregnant are rare. The menstrual timing and duration will be altered after you take the pill. Most probably you had your periods. Urine pregnancy test are pretty accurate test and as they are negative most probably you are not pregnant. I recommend you to wait for you next menstrual cycle which you should get, in case you miss you next menstrual then repeat a urine pregnancy test to know your pregnancy status.
