Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) I will suggest you to get it clarified from the USG doctor, if you have twin pregnancy and what is the status of heartbeat of each baby.

3 ) If both baby's heart pulsation is absent them it is to be considered as missed abortion. In that case , you will need to get evacuation of the pregnancy done.

4 ) If only one baby's heart pulsation is absent then you need not worry. You can very well continue with the pregnancy. There will be no harm to the live and growing pregnancy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
