Is Minoz Od Good For Pimple Scars?

hello dr. after getting cryo my pimples disappeared. now i m undergoing laser for the scars. but after my second session i am getting zits again. my doc has advised me to take minoz od and apply benzac ac. i m really confused. please advice. i m 30 years and weigh 57 kgs.

As per your complain the small zits that have happened again seems t be new comedmes that are developing into pimples as acne is a recurring skin condition..
As the treatment of pimples is a combination of antibiotic and anti acne combinations so taking Minoz OD that has active ingredient Minocycline that is antibiotic and Benzac AC gel that contains Benzoyl peroxide is an appropriate treatment and you should continue taking it as advised by your dermatologist..
Along with it you can also apply Clindamycin gel along with benzoyl peroxide gel..
You can also do cool compresses over the pimples..
You can also apply retinoid containing Adapelene gel at night after consulting your dermatologist..
Avoid oily food and excessive sun exposure..
Take a nutritious diet and avoid excessive sun exposure..
