Hi, I was changing a tube light fixture at work I think it was 120 volts. When doing so I didn t realize it was on but it wasn t lit up. When putting the light in the two prongs I got a shock and pulled away. Second later my opposite arm reflexes. I was told it shot from one side to the other. I have some minor chest pains from time to time. They go away and then come back. I was told that s normal as long as I don t have major chest pains. Here and there I get a lil chest pain on day after. Is this normal or should I see a doctor?

Hi, To rule out ischemic heart disease I suggest you see your doctor for blood tests, ECG and a physical examination. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Anders Mark Christensen, General Surgeon
