Is Mild Pain In Upper Back And Chest Due To Acid Reflux?

I was told I have mild acid reflux, I get pain in the upper mid-section of my back. Sometimes I also get pain across the chest area mostly on the left side in the breast area. I have two heart test so far and showed nothing. Do you think it is a muscle spasm or acid reflux related.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain in the upper back and chest could be muscle strain or acid refulx disease.
Heart problem has been rue out as heart test was negative.
Take following advises:
Take proper rest and avoid activity that cause pain.
Tablet ibuprufen three times daily for 3-4 days.
Tablet esmoprozole and metoclopromide on empty stomach.
Apply warm pad application.
Do not lies on the affected area.
Take soft diet like banana, curd, rice, applesauce and toast.
Do not lies down just after eating.
Do regular exercise like walking and and medication.
If pain is severe, you can wear elastic creepe bandage to support the breathing and to reduce the pain.
