Hello sir my hiv nagetive and my vdral and tpha IS reative .2 months before i take maddisan .for vdrl .so i apply for abroad job .in kuwait. So i can go there .and when is can back negative vdrl and tpha .can u give me some good maddisan name for nagtive vdrl.pl doctar.

Welcome to HCM.
VDRL non-reactive and TPHA reactive means your infection has got treated and there is no indication for further treatment. TPHA is specific test for syphilis and the antigen used in this test is a treponemal antigen and it will remain positive for ever, even after complete treatment. This will not revert back to nonreactive state and does not warrant further treatment. Nothing to worry. Anyhow my suggestion is to repeat the VDRL in some other lab to rule out technical error.
Regarding going abroad, it is up to the immigration department of the country you want to go. Some countries will not look for TPHA test, Then there will not be any problem.
