Is Loss Of Voice, Stuffy Nose And Cough Normal After Recovering From Upper Respiratory Virus ?

was diagnosed with a upper respiratory virus, got better and then quickly lost most of voice and stuffy nose and cough. Lots of brown phlegm in throat morning after 1st night. after 1 day, voice is little better and cough comes mainly in the evening. Is it still a virus or bacterial?
