Is Liver And Kidney Damage Possible Due To Alcoholism?

I know of a woman who has been an alcoholic for decades. She is now in her early sixties and on blood pressure medication. She is suffering hair loss, has a rash below her neck and is experiencing back pain. Her face is also swollen in the morning , particularly around her eyes. Apart from the blood pressure she refuses to get checked by a doctor. I fear it will be too late when she is diagnosed. I suspect liver and kidney damage. What do you think. Many thanks.
