Is Light Bleeding 2 Weeks Post Intercourse When A Pregnancy Test Is Positive A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I just want to consult my problem. I had may intercourse last aug. 6 and im fertile that time and he did a withrawal. After 1 week i had my menstruation, after 2weeks i had a light bleeding ( I don t know what does it mean). Then i missed my period for 3 days i was confused that time so i did some test which i used pregnancy test and its positive.So i went to my doctor and the result of my Ultrasound was (Thickened Endometrium, of 19.0 mm and No Gestational Sac nor Complex Mass Seen at the time of scan). I hope you can help me. Thank you.

Usually Gestation sac can be seen at the time of 3-5 weeks so reconfirm with the USG scan, and your endometrial thickness is abnormal which need biopsy test if you are negative for pregnancy. I suggest you to consult a Gynecologist with your reports for further treatment.
