ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Your all the symptoms are inter related and you have Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, URTI, with associated symptoms. I would suggest you to go to an ENT as you need a full course of treatment and Please don't take over the counter treatment, they will do nothing but ll prolong your sufferings.
I find this answer helpful
