Is Knee Replacement A Better Option For Severe Injury To Miniscus?

im 50, i tore my inner miniscus a few times but the dr at that time felt i did not need surgery because i was not a professional sports player. Im a service maintenance guy and tore it bad last year and had my first arthroscopic surgery 5/2014 which 70% of the miniscus had to be cut out and knee area cleaned up. i got lube injects a few moths later. It just hasn t improved and the latest mri showed the inner miniscus is almost gone very little left, a bad acl tear that cant be repaired and a bakers cyst which is the least of my problems. Two dr s suggested a full knee replacement and another dr feels i should wait and get another arthroscopic clean up and treat with pain management. Owning a small business i really can be down for long but i dont want to put bandaids on the problem? At the age of 50 should i consider a full knee replacement now or and wait limp around as long as i can.
