Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Mam,
The symptoms you are describing are seen very commonly in the early stages of osteoarthritis. These are seen very commonly after 40 yrs of age. Simple analgesics with lifestyle modification and calcium supplements should help. I suggest you meet an orthopaedic surgeon who should be able to help you with this. Hope this has helped you.
