Is Knee Joint Pain An ACL, MCL, PCL Tear Or Meniscular Tear?

Hi I have pain in my knee joint. MRI says ACL and MCL are completely torn whereas PCL is partially torn. I have shown three orthopedics in the city, all the three have disagreed with the report, according to them there isn't any tear in any knee ligaments (by buckling check) and said that there is probably meniscular tear. Please advice
