Is It To Be Concerned About The Burn And Blister Due To A Hurt From Exhaust?

hi, i got an exhaust pipe burn a little over a week ago. it had a blister for several days. just two days ago, it began weeping the light yellow serum in the blister. ive kept clean gauze on it since the burn. anyway, the blister weeped almost entirely. there was a piece of black skin, burnt from the burn that was within the blister skin, but has begun to diminish. the skin under the blister was raw and pink and smooth before, but is now turning reddish as the piece of black burnt skin vanishes. additionally, it now has these tiny white bumps--a granular texture on the now-reddish raw skin. is this okay? there is still a little bit of fluid in the corner of the blister skin. what next?
