Is It To Be Concern About Vomiting And Hunger Pain?

I am a 33 y/o female 5 4 and weigh approximately 140lbs. I have vomited twice in two days and have been having these severe hunger pains. I eat healthy and I do snack on fruits and veggies, however, the past two nights I have been waking up at 2 am really hungry. Is this anything that I should be concerned about?

I would like to know if there are any other symptoms present or not. If there are no other symptoms than your hunger pangs and getting up in night may be related to vomiting. You need to keep taking lots of water and if vomiting persists, increases in number or you have other symptoms present, then you need to consult a physician.
