Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical details, I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that aerobic exercise is good in mitral valve prolapse as it strengthens the heart muscle but intense workout is generally not recommended. Kindly consult a Cardiologist personally so that he can evaluate extant of prolapse and a cardiologist can advise you for right exercise routine to follow .

Kind Regards
Dr. Bhanu Partap
