Is It Safe To Use Vagisil To Treat Genital Herpes?
Hi I have been diagnosed with genital herpes (from oral sex) and am currently taking an antivirul drug 3x a day for 7 days. I wanted to know if I could use Vagisil to reduce the itching and burning sensation caused by the sores or am I slowing down the healing process?

thank you for asking your concern and welcome to HCM. if you do not have any history of allergy to vagicil then there is no problem to use it. for some it may increase itching due to its allergy so you need to be aware of that otherwise no problem. after applying please wash hands properly.
