Is It Safe To Use Telekast-l Syrup For Asthma For A Long Term?

Hi doctor! My son is 2 years 5 months and weight is 17 kgs. His doctor prescribed him Telekast-l syrup as he is having mild asthama. Since last 2 years he is consuming this medicine and is having no side effect. Is it OK to continue this medicine for so long?

As I see your son is suffering from broachial asthma.the medicine your doctor has prescribed is perfectly ok..and will benefit him in long term and it is safe to use it for long term.
