Is It Safe To Use Sofradex For Psoriasis On Both Feet?

I am 77 years old male person. I have been suffering from Psoriasis in both lower left and right feet since last many years. No treatment so far has eradicated it fully so far. Is there any permanent treatment for it ? Some one has advised to use Sofradex ointment on the affected parts. Will it help ?

Do not use Sofradex if you are allergic to framycetin, gramicidin or dexamethasone.otherwise there is no complete contraindication for using for both feet.
