Is It Safe To Use Sereflo Inhaler Long Term For Wheezing?

hi doctor, i ve been using sereflo250 inhaler for around 3 years now. I was adviced by a doctor to use this. I havent consulted a doctor for around 2 years now. I seem to be having wheezing problem at night for the past two weeks. is it safe to use this inhaler? i have nasal deviation problem aswell. i mouth breath most of the times when i sleep. do i have to get this operated? would that help to cure my wheezing problem? please help me doctor.

It's better to get operated for Deviated nasal septum

You can continue with seriflow, But it's always better to consult a doctor periodically for dose adjustment or any other alternative treatment

You should do deep breathing exercises and steam inhalation
Try to find out triggers for wheezing and accordingly treatment or avoidance.
