Is It Safe To Use Cosmelite To Treat Dark Complexion And Spots On Skin?

hi doctor/sir,i Want to know about Cosmelite cream ?Is it good for skin?my face is extremely very dark and don t have any dark spots but my friend told me using the medicine then face will be fair.Please advice me it is good for my face or not.kindly provide the cream name .Thanks Amit

Hi dear ,

As per your query you have dark complexion . The dark complexion is due to hyperpigmentation . Cream cosmelite contain Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone which should not be use with the prescription of dermatologist because these ingredients have long term side effect . I would suggest you to wash your skin with mild soap twice a day and then apply cream containing kojic acid ( kojivit cream ) twice a day which is safe and ver effective . Exfoliate your skin twice a week to remove dead skin and apply aloe vera gel at night . If condition doesn't get improve in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe skin ointment or recommend chemical peeling and laser therapy .
