Is It Safe To Take Gestofit, Isoxprine, Polymax During 17 Pregnancy With Twins?

hi I am 17 weeks pregnant with having twins. there was complication in pregnancy. I was irregularities in mensuration also. the doctor used newmon R150 4 dozes after mensuration and I get pregnancy after IUI. now it s 17 weeks of pregnancy and I had twins. in the 3 months regular checkup there was blood clots surrounding the fetus and doctor prescribed isoxsuprine hydrochloride10 mg thrice a day. in the 4 months regular checkup the fetus were normal no blood clots but again doctor prescribed the same isoxsuprine hydrochloride 10 mg. I am also taking gestofit 200 mg twice a day. now I am taking gestofit, isoxprine, polymax, shelcal. is these medicines are ok for me, Is it ok to take isoxprine hydrochloride and gestofit after 17 weeks? I hope I will get your early advice and I feel ok. thank you sir
