Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Paxil is Paroxetine and is a SSRI drug and Lipitor is Atorvastatine. Even Paroxetine can help in leg cramps, you can discuss with your psychiatrist to increase the doses of the drug if possible. It is safe to use these drugs together and there is no significant risk associated with these drugs. For persistent leg cramps medicines like B12 supplements, Vitamin E supplements also help a lot. These drugs help to control the symptoms of leg cramps and also of restless legs. Postassium Gluconate is also having good efficacy in leg cramps. Visit your doctor if symptoms persist.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
