Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Olanzapine is an antipsychotic drug and the drug help to control mood swings and psychotic symptoms. Biperiden is used to reduce parkinsonian symptoms and side effects like EPS. As you have mentioned that patient is suffering from hypertension and diabetes so in my opinion use of Olanzapine is not advisable. The drug is known to cause and aggravate diabetes so some other metabolic safe drug should be used for patient. Diamicron and Velmetia are drugs used in diabetes and safe to use. Polynerve, Rovista and Kalium are for hyper cholesterolemia and metabolic complications. Over all these drugs are safe to use and have no significant metabolic interactions with each other. Consult a doctor for re-evaluation about Olanzapine use in diabetes.

Thanks, hope this helps you
