Is It Safe To Take Nebulization And Levoline For Persistent Fever And Cough?

My 1yr8mos old child had mild fever , cough with some wheezes 8mos ago and again she Developed the same problem now .last time treated with nebulizayion, levoline and antibiotic.now the doctor has prescribed levoline and antibiotic.iam really worried now is it due to bronchial asthma or only allergic reactions. She had the same symptoms only twice since birth during winter. Please guide me doctor.
