Is It Safe To Take Modus During Conception?
Hello Doctor,After consulting one doctor we are trying to have baby... And now doctor told that everything is normal and process has started... But doctor prescribed Modus 10 mg OD dose for 10 days...but I have a confusion Doctor is it sensible to take this medicine... Will it not affect to getting pregnancy process??

Modus contains the female hormone medroxyprogesterone. This drug is not a contraceptive and hence does not prevent pregnancy.
In the early stages of pregnancy,progesterone is required for maintenance of pregnancy especially in women who are suspected to have progesterone deficiency.So you can continue the drug.
