Is It Safe To Take Macrodantin For UTI?

i have found I have a urinary tract infection. I am allergic to Sulfa & just about everything else they can give me. My Doctor today prescribed Nitrofurantoin BID 100 mg MYL generic for Macrodantin. On my allergy list I have listed that I am allergic to Macrodantin. I am allergic to Sulfa,Keflex, Pennycylin, Cipro, Vigamox Eye Drops, Nitrate Sulfites IV Dye. I can remember every reaction I have with these drugs but do not remember what happened if I took Macrodantin. Do you think I could try it & see what happens? Last time they gave me Levofloxacin 500 mg for 3 days only. I felt lousy taking it but wonder if to be on safe side maybe I should take the Levofloxacin again instead of Macrodantin?
