I am a competitive gymnast. In the last few months i have been throwing up at practice when doing the intense workouts. I work out 4 days a week for 4 hours at a time. My season has now started so to avoid throwing up at the meet i have started to take Dramamine during the week practice and now have a patch for the meets, thinking maybe it is the motion that is making me sick. I had two meets without throwing up and has stopped at practice. Now at the first meet no throw up but did my last event and walked off the mats and passed out. The second meet no throw up but ended up passing out after two events. It seems to be when i get really excited or anxious, but now everyone is worried i will pass out during the event. Not sure what is going on, have seen regular doctor, heart doctor, and gastric doctor. all find nothing wrong. Am I a head case? HELP!
