Is It Safe To Take Diane As An Alternate To OC Pills?

Im on vacation and i forgot to bring my 21day OC pill pack. Im taking Althea, Cyproterone acetate 2 mg, ethinyl estradiol 35 mcg.It s not yet more than 24hrs since i missed my pill intake.Is it safe to buy another brand w/ same dosage and just continue from where i left off? I read that Diane35 has the same dosage.Thank you.
