Is It Safe To Take Ayurvedic Nutrigain To Increase Height And Body Mass?

Hi Doctor,I am a 21 year old girl . My height is 160 cm and weight is 33 kg. I want to gain weight and build muscles too.I heard about an Ayurvedic medicine called nutrigain powder. Can I build my muscle and gain weight by using it without having any side-effects? Or else, give me other suggestions to gain weight.pls pls pls pls help me sir... becoz some body teasing me thats y i feel shame ....

I really appreciate your concern, according to your age and height your weight is normal one and no need to increase it any more because over weight could bring many health problem, still you can have more calorie contain food, and eat more, you would be put on weight very soon, remember to increase the weight is easy but to reduce it is more difficult one, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
