Hi. Im getting a spinal tap done tomorrow morning June 30th. I smoke weed usually before bed time to slow my thinking down so I can sleep. Been doing it for 1.5 years. Im on Cymbalta 30mg for depression as well. I went down from 60mg 3 months ago. Can I smoke weed the night before my procedure? Can it couse any extra side effects with my spine after smoking weed? Im extremely nervous about the spinal tap. I ve already experienced spinal headache after an epidural when I was in labour with my daughter 3 years ago and got a blood patch done immediately after my girl was born. I do not what to have that kind of pain again. Im getting the spinal tap done to figure out if I have MS. Already have a few MRI s done that show leachiens (those white spots in my brain) and a month ago I lost all feeling of my left arm and 3 fingers. Which is why my neurologist sent me to have the tap done. Thank you for reading this and I hope I gave enough information.
