Is It Safe To Remove Staples On My Own After Appendix Operation?
I had my appendix removed a few days ago, and in 1 week i'm due to have the staples removed. I was thinking about removing the staples myself when the time has come... I'm not worried about pain... Why should i not do this.. I don't have money to pay for a doctor btw and i dont' have insurance...

NO I strongly advise you not to do so . First of all a sterile procedure has to be followed while removing the staples otherwise it may cause infection.
Second after removal your wound has to be examined whether it is healthy or not and if any infection is there already appropriate antibiotics has to be started .
For the above mentioned reasons you need to consult doctor for Staple removal .
