Is It Safe To Have Lecithin Along With Xarelto 20mg?

I am taking 20mg of Xarelto once a day (with evening meal) because of deep vein thrombosis. Is it safe to use about a soup spoon of lecithin with my breakfast cereal? I heard that lecithin has been shown to increase platelet adhesion, although the info about Xarelto side effects I received with my prescription doesn t mention lecithin at all. Thank you, L. J.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are no known interactions between xarelto and lecithin so these two medications can be taken together.

If you remain concern then you can consider speaking to your doctor or pharmacist.

I hope this helps
